國家級科研項目：
（1）獨立獲得中國社會科學院青年基金“七五”資助科研課題項目（1.5萬元）。出版學術專著《社會主義市場經濟體制中國家計劃指導新論》（1993年）。此書受到中國著名經濟學家衛興華、鐘契夫、陳吉元、袁文平、張偉達等人的好評。
（2）獨立獲得國家教委社會青年基金“七五”資助科研課題項目（0.8萬元），根據國家教委建議，形成為內部參考著作<東歐市場經濟理論研究>，上報國家教委。
（3）獨立獲得國家教委社科基金“八五”資助科研課題項目(1.2萬元)，《國民經濟運行中的均衡與非均衡》，後因離開吉大，未能完成，交由於光中教授代而完成。
（4）參加張偉達教授國家教委博士點基金“七五”研究課題（其中撰寫10萬字），出版學術著作《社會主義市場經濟導論》。
（5）參加關夢覺、潘石教授國家教委博士點基金“七五”項目（其中撰寫2萬字），出版學術著作《當代中國私營經濟研究》（1991年）。
（6）參加國家教委“七五”社科重點項目研究，撰寫《中西方宏觀調控比較》（1萬字），衛興華主編《回顧、探索、選擇》（1991）。
（7）參加國家教委高校“七五”社科重點項目研究，衛興華主編《治理整頓與深化改革》，撰寫《對指導性計劃的考察》（1萬字，1991年）。
（8）參加國家教委“八五”社科重點項目研究，衛興華主編《全民所有制企業的活力與發展》，撰寫《指導性計劃運行模式構》（1萬字左右1992年）。
（9）參加國家教委高校“八五”社科基金項目研究，衛興華主編社會主義市場理論與實踐叢書，撰寫《社會主義市場經濟中計劃指導新論》2萬字（1994）。
Achievements Of National Social Scientific Reseach Projects
Independently obtained one of research projects from the Academy of China Social Sciences, in 1991, which was financial banked 15,000 RMB, and published an academic work <On New Guiding Plan in Socialist Market system> in 1993.
Independently obtained one of research projects from the Education Department of China in 1992, that was financial backed 8,000 RBM ,and finished on a work <On East Europe Countries Economic Questions> in 1993,handed on the Education Department of China.
Independently obtained one of research projects from the Education Department of China <On Equilibrium & Un-equilibrium of Economic Running> in 1993, which was financial backed 12,000 RMB .
Participate in Professor Zhang Wei Da’s National Social Scientific Reseach Project
<Guiding On Socialist Market Economy>, wrote 100,000 words on it and published in 1993.
Participate in Mr. Guan Meng Jue’s national research Project <On China Private Economy> wrote 23,000 words ,published in 1992.
Participate in Top of series Social Scientific Reseach Projects from the Education Department of China in 1991, published a thesis <Comparing Macroeconomics regulation between China and Western>(10,000 words).
